Luxury Hotels Featured in ‘The White Lotus’ Season 3
A new season of The White Lotus has arrived, taking viewers to another luxurious destination. According to star Walton Goggins, filming the show was a unique experience, as they were guests checking into a hotel while playing guests checking in. The setting for this season, specifically, is the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.
This season solidifies the partnership between The White Lotus and Four Seasons, with previous seasons being filmed at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea and San Domenico Palace, Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel.
The excitement around this partnership was evident, with Marc Speichert, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Four Seasons, praising the exceptional storytelling and universal love of travel that The White Lotus embodies. Pia Barlow, Executive Vice President of Originals Marketing at HBO and Max, added that the show’s blend of beauty, culture, and storytelling perfectly aligns with the values of Four Seasons.
In addition to the Four Seasons, some scenes from season three were reportedly shot at the Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort, and the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. Thailand’s Tourism Authority expressed gratitude for featuring their country’s beauty, culture, and hospitality in the upcoming season.
