The debut episode of RAW on Netflix was a hit, capturing 4.9 million Live+1 views globally. In the US alone, it averaged 2.6 million households, which is a whopping 116% increase from RAW’s 2024 average audience. This was the highest viewership for a Monday Night RAW in the past five years.

As soon as the event began, #WWERaw trended as the number one topic on social media in the US, Brazil, Australia, and the UK. In the UK, it held the top spot for 14 hours straight and had six out of the top seven trending topics in the US. Hashtags like #RAWonNetflix and #WWEonNetflix also trended in Brazil, Mexico, Spain, and the US.

WWE generated a massive 223 million social media views on RAW’s Netflix premiere day, surpassing the social views of any RAW episode in 2024. The sold-out event at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles set records as the highest-grossing WWE arena event and the highest-grossing non-Premium Live Event.

During the event, Rhea Ripley reclaimed the Women’s World Championship, Roman Reigns won a tribal combat match against Solo Sikoa, CM Punk emerged victorious in a grudge match with Seth “Freakin” Rollins, and Jey Uso defeated Drew McIntyre. The night also featured appearances from stars like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, The Undertaker, Logan Paul, Travis Scott, and John Cena, who kicked off his year-long farewell tour, soon to be featured on Netflix.

In January 2024, WWE and Netflix signed a historic deal to bring RAW to the streaming platform, making Netflix the exclusive home of RAW in multiple countries, along with other WWE programs and events like WrestleMania and Royal Rumble.

Netflix truly is the go-to spot for all WWE enthusiasts! If you missed this fantastic RAW episode, make sure to catch it on Netflix to stay in the loop with all the action.
