One key change is the eligibility criteria for the free perk. Initially available to Go5G customers, it is now exclusively offered to Go5G Next customers. It’s important to note that this free perk includes ads, unlike the ad-free option that was previously available.
If you are a Go5G Next customer looking to redeem the free Hulu perk, the process may not be as straightforward as expected. Depending on when you became a Go5G Next customer, the steps vary:
For accounts opened after December 4, 2024: Simply check your add-ons page to enable the perk.
For accounts opened before December 4, 2024: T-Mobile is working on provisioning eligible accounts for the perk. This process can take up to 10 days to complete, but you can track the status by visiting a specific link or using the T Life app.
If you don’t see the “On Us” option on your account within 10 days, it’s best to wait until January 17 to see if it updates. If the perk still doesn’t appear, you may not be eligible, and in that case, reaching out to customer support to manually add the freebie to your account would be the next step.
