Apple Fitness+ Strava Integration and Enhanced Workout Programs
Apple Fitness+ has some exciting updates in store for its subscribers. New workout programs for strength, yoga, breath meditation, and even pickleball training are on the horizon. And if you’re a fan of the Artist Spotlight series, get ready for new editions featuring Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar. Plus, upcoming guests on the Time to Walk series include Steve Aoki, Lana Condor, Tiffany Haddish, Rita Ora, Daddy Yankee, and Maddie Ziegler.
But here’s the real game-changer: Apple Fitness+ is teaming up with Strava, a popular fitness tracking app. Now, you can share your Fitness+ workouts directly to Strava, complete with episode images, trainers’ names, and metrics. And if you’re a Strava subscriber, you’ll get three free months of Fitness+ membership. Plus, keep an eye out for appearances from celebrated athletes from the Strava community on the service down the line.
This collaboration is a big deal for a few reasons. For one, Apple doesn’t typically offer free trials of Fitness+ without buying an Apple device. You’ll still need an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV to access the service. Additionally, Fitness+ has never featured trainers from another training community before. And given that Strava recently made changes limiting third-party app access to its data, this partnership offers a refreshing change of pace.
As someone who loves using Fitness+ regularly, I’m excited to see how this collaboration will enhance the service. It’s a step towards more personalized and engaging workout experiences. And who knows, maybe we’ll see more partnerships like this in the future with other apps and services. Stay tuned to see how Apple Fitness+ continues to evolve and keep your fitness routine fresh and fun.
