Disney+ Acquires TGL Rights in Nordics until 2026
Disney+ has secured the exclusive rights to the tech-infused golf league, TGL, in the Nordics through 2026. Fans in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland can catch all the action as part of their Disney+ subscription. The platform will live-stream all matches from the league’s first-ever season, including the semi-finals and the finals series.
The excitement kicks off on January 7, 2025, with the opening match at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It will feature Swedish PGA Tour standout Ludvig Åberg leading The Bay Golf Club against New York Golf Club. For viewers in the US, TGL will also be available on ESPN and ESPN+.
