Andrea Bocelli Christmas Special with Guests to Air on Christmas Eve on CBS

This Christmas Eve, get ready for a special holiday treat brought to you by The Recording Academy, Ken Ehrlich, and CBS. “Christmas With Andrea Bocelli And Friends: A Grammy Holiday Special” will be aired on Tuesday, Dec. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS, with the option to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Join the world-renowned tenor, Andrea Bocelli, as he welcomes special guests including his wife, Veronica Bocelli, and their daughter, Virginia Bocelli. The show will also feature performances from Sofia Carson, Josh Groban, and Grammy winners Jennifer Hudson and Dua Lipa. They’ll all come together to bring you festive holiday music that’s perfect for the season.

Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. shared, “With this special, we are not only celebrating the holidays, but also one of music’s greatest voices. We invite families everywhere to tune in and enjoy the festive performances that Andrea and his amazing guests have in store for us all.”

Andrea Bocelli himself expressed his excitement, saying, “I am really looking forward to sharing performances with both friends and family on my own Christmas special.” This marks a special moment for the opera legend, who has been celebrating his 30th anniversary in music throughout 2024, starting with a performance at the Oscars alongside Matteo Bocelli. This special follows the release of his new album “Duets” and his concert film “Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration.”

Behind the scenes, the show will be written by Ehrlich, alongside a team of executive producers, including Mason, Veronica Bocelli, and Francesco Pasquero. Plus, Renato Basile will be supervising producer, Branden Chapman will produce, and Julia Knowles will direct.
