New Metal Docuseries Coming to Hulu in 2025

A new docuseries about the history of heavy metal is in the works and set to premiere on Hulu in 2025, according to a report by Deadline. The eight-part series, titled “Into the Void,” is a reference to Black Sabbath’s “Master of Reality” song.

Executive producer Evan Husney shared on Instagram, “The sonic worlds created by the genre’s boldest icons are rich with untold history and unimaginable trials and tribulations. We’re excited to team up with Hulu to look beyond the mystique and show these legends as real people.”

While the exact subjects of the series have not been announced yet, Husney hinted that a full episode lineup will be revealed closer to the show’s release next year. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
