CB Pat Surtain II Injury Update: Full Participant on Broncos’ Initial Practice Report

0

The Denver Broncos got some good news on their first estimated practice report for “Thursday Night Football.” Pat Surtain II, who left Sunday’s game against the Colts late, is listed as a full participant, showing positive signs for his availability.

Since the Broncos didn’t practice on Monday, this report gives us an idea of how the players would have been involved if they had a full session. Surtain, who had an impressive game with a fourth-quarter interception against the Colts, was on the field for 97 percent of the defensive snaps.

On the flip side, the Broncos noted some nonparticipants on the report. John Franklin-Myers (foot), D.J. Jones (finger), Jaleel McLaughlin (quad), and Riley Moss (knee) did not practice. Moss has been out since Week 12 due to his injury, while the other three players were in action against the Colts.

The team will provide another practice report on Tuesday and announce the players’ game statuses on Wednesday. The Broncos are set to go up against the Chargers at 6:15 p.m. MT on “Thursday Night Football” on Prime Video. Stay tuned for more updates as game day approaches.
