Malcolm in the Middle Limited Run Coming to Disney+
Malcolm in the Middle is coming back! The classic family sitcom is set to return for a limited run on Disney+. Fans can look forward to four new episodes with stars Frankie Muniz, Bryan Cranston, and Jane Kaczmarek reprising their iconic roles. The exciting announcement was made by Disney Branded Television, and the stars themselves shared the news in a fun social media video.
In the video, Cranston and Kaczmarek can be seen yelling Malcolm’s name, just like they used to in the original series. Muniz, who plays Malcolm, responds with a humorous line, saying, “Yes, I hear you. I’m coming!”
The revival will feature a storyline where Malcolm and his daughter get caught up in the chaos of his family as they celebrate Hal and Lois’ 40th wedding anniversary. For those who missed the original run, Malcolm in the Middle aired from 2000 to 2006 and won numerous awards during its seven seasons, including a Peabody, seven Emmys, and a Grammy.
If you can’t wait for the new episodes, all 151 episodes of the original Malcolm in the Middle are currently available for streaming on Hulu. It’s the perfect time to catch up on all the hilarity before the revival hits Disney+.
It’s an exciting time for fans of the show, and we can’t wait to see Malcolm and his family back on our screens soon!
