Kokomo native and Belmont University student, Madelyn Duncan, is gearing up to showcase her musical talents on a global stage this holiday season. Duncan will be one of over 600 musicians performing during the annual Christmas at Belmont: Live from Nashville concert, which will be streaming on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch at 8 p.m. this Wednesday. It’s the first time this beloved Christmas concert will be available on a worldwide streaming platform.

During the 90-minute concert, students like Duncan will be performing traditional carols, seasonal favorites, and classical masterworks. This year’s performance will also feature special guest appearances from Belmont alumni, including rising country music star Ashley Cooke, Grammy-nominated artist Cody Fry, and multiple Grammy and Dove award winner Dwan Hill.

Cooke, a 2019 graduate, recently celebrated her first No. 1 song and won Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the 2024 CMT Awards for her hit, “your place”. Fry is known for his orchestral version of “Eleanor Rigby”, which earned him widespread acclaim and a Grammy nod. Meanwhile, Hill’s multiple Grammy and Dove awards speak to his musical prowess.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to catch Madelyn Duncan and other talented musicians spread holiday cheer through music during Christmas at Belmont: Live from Nashville. Mark your calendars for this festive evening of music and celebration on Prime Video and Twitch!
