‘Before’ on Apple TV+: Stephen King Endorses

In case you’ve been looking for another reason to dive into Before on Apple TV+, we’ve got some exciting news for you: the show has received high praise from none other than the prolific writer Stephen King.

In a recent post on his Threads, King had some very positive things to say about the show, as well as about lead actor Billy Crystal, who is taking on a completely new role compared to his previous work:

We like to believe that King’s endorsement of Crystal carries a lot of weight. You might remember that King has given a thumbs up to other shows in the past, like From and Teacup. While Crystal’s series is being promoted as a limited one with a clear beginning, middle, and end, the possibility of a second season can’t be completely ruled out—if the show is successful enough.
