HBO Max Türkiye Launch Set for Next Year
HBO Max is gearing up to make its debut in Türkiye next year, taking over the streaming scene from BluTV. Deniz Şaşmaz Oflaz, the head honcho for HBO Max in Türkiye, is leading the charge to ensure a smooth transition, with plans to roll out the new platform in the spring or summer of 2025.
As part of this transition, BluTV will be incorporating more content from the HBO Max library. This means that while BluTV currently hosts a good chunk of HBO Max’s offerings, all HBO shows in Türkiye will soon be exclusively available on HBO Max.
Originally launched in 2020, HBO Max, now simply known as Max, has been steadily expanding its reach to global audiences. Despite previous attempts over the past four years to bring Max to Türkiye, it seems like the timing is finally right for this major switch to happen.
Exciting times are ahead for streaming enthusiasts in Türkiye as HBO Max’s vast library of shows and movies gets ready to take center stage, offering a whole new world of entertainment possibilities.
