Disney+ to Stream Bullet/Bullet Original Anime Directed by Sunghoo Park in Summer 2025

Exciting news for anime fans! Disney+ has announced a new original anime called BULLET/BULLET, set to be directed by Sunghoo Park and streaming in Summer 2025. The animation will be produced by Studio E&H, and the team behind the project has been revealed. This anime has been in the works for a decade, so it’s sure to be something special. If you’re familiar with Sunghoo Park’s work on The God of High School and the first season of JUJUTSU KAISEN, you’ll be thrilled to know that he’s at the helm of BULLET/BULLET. The series composition and screenplay will be handled by Aki Kindaichi, known for Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray. Takahiro Yoshimatsu, famous for HUNTER×HUNTER and Overlord, will serve as the character design and chief animation director. Get ready for some amazing car action scenes directed by Shin Misawa, who worked on Initial D First Stage and Capeta.

The teaser visual teases us with the line “Here’s to our tomorrow,” and hints at a story involving a team of thieves facing challenges after a successful heist. The director Sunghoo Park shared his excitement for the project, mentioning how he’s thrilled to see a vision from 10 years ago come to life. He hopes viewers will enjoy the protagonist Gear’s journey, along with the music, voice acting performances, and thrilling car sequences in BULLET/BULLET.
