Teen Titans Roster Reportedly Revealed by DC Studios

DC Studios’ Teen Titans are iconic figures for Gen Z superhero fans, thanks to the popular Teen Titans Go! animated series that premiered in 2013. Characters like Robin, Raven, Starfire, Cyborg, and Beast Boy have become legendary figures in the superhero universe for many young fans. Despite the darker tone of the Titans live-action series on HBO, the teen heroes remain a cherished property for DC Comics and now for DC Studios.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Ana Nogueira, known for her work on Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, was given the task of bringing the Teen Titans to the new DC Universe. While the Teen Titans film was not originally mentioned in the studio’s lineup, it wasn’t surprising that they wanted to bring this beloved team to the big screen. First introduced in DC Comics in the 1960s, the Teen Titans have been a long-standing part of DC’s comic book universe with different rosters over the years, but recognizable to many fans thanks to Teen Titans Go!

According to insider Apocalyptic Horseman, the Teen Titans film by DC Studios is set to include the five popular characters from Teen Titans Go!, though there seems to be some debate about which Robin, from Batman, will be featured in the project. Although Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne have all been part of the Teen Titans team, it appears that Damian Wayne is less likely to lead the film, with the possibility of another Robin taking the spotlight.

As of now, there’s no timeline for the Teen Titans film production or a release date set, but fans can continue to look forward to seeing this beloved superhero team on the big screen soon.
