John Krasinski and Natalie Portman Share Clues to Eternal Life in ‘Fountain of Youth’ Trailer
John Krasinski stars as Luke, a clever art thief in the action-packed thriller, Fountain of Youth. Alongside him is Natalie Portman, who plays his sister, Charlotte. In the latest trailer for Guy Ritchie’s latest film, set to premiere on Apple TV+ on May 23, Luke and Charlotte embark on a quest to uncover the mystical spring known as the Fountain of Youth. The duo must decode clues hidden in paintings by six master artists from the 1600s.
“I want dad to get his recognition,” Luke expresses to Charlotte in the trailer, shedding light on their mission to discover the real Fountain of Youth. By seeking this mythic site, they hope to find a way to avoid aging and secure immortality, a goal their father pursued fervently. However, they face formidable adversaries, including the Catholic Church, as they follow the path to eternal life.
The star-studded cast also includes Eiza González and Domhnall Gleeson, who will accompany Luke and Charlotte on an adventure that spans cultures, continents, and centuries. Other notable actors to appear in the film include Arian Moayed, Laz Alonso, Carmen Ejogo, and Stanley Tucci.
Fountain of Youth is a Skydance Media production for Apple TV+, under a first-look deal with Vinson Films and Project X Entertainment. The film boasts an impressive lineup of producers, including David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Tripp Vinson, William Sherak, Paul Neinstein, Guy Ritchie, Ivan Atkinson, and Jake Myers. Adding to the behind-the-scenes talent are Radio Silence’s Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett, and Chad Villella, who serve as executive producers.
