Lindsay Lohan to star in new ‘Count My Lies’ series adaptation
Actress Lindsay Lohan is making her way to television in a new series called “Count My Lies.” The show, based on a book by Sophie Stava, will see Lohan not only starring in it but also executive producing. The story follows Sloane Caraway, a compulsive liar who lands a nanny job with a seemingly perfect couple, only to discover their household is hiding explosive secrets that could have serious consequences for everyone involved.
The series is a collaboration between Hulu and 20th Television, with writers and executive producers Isaac Aptaker, Elizabeth Berger, and Scott Morgan, known for their work on “This is Us.” The original book, “Count My Lies,” was a selection of the Good Morning America Book Club and was published by Scout Press, an imprint of Simon & Schuster.
In addition to her TV role, Lohan will also be returning to the big screen in “Freakier Friday,” a sequel to her 2003 hit comedy “Freaky Friday,” set to release in theaters this summer on August 8th.
The project is set to be an exciting venture for Lohan and fans alike, with a thrilling storyline and a talented team behind the scenes. Stay tuned for more updates on this highly anticipated series!
