Max to Add 2025 Thriller Film Soon After Theater Release
One of this year’s top movies is already making its way to your screen. “Companion,” a sci-fi thriller from 2025, will be hitting HBO Max less than three months after its theatrical release.
Starring Sophie Thatcher, Jack Quaid, and a talented supporting cast that includes Lukas Gage, Rupert Friend, Megan Suri, and Harvey Guillén, “Companion” has been making waves as one of the standout films of the year.
With the tagline “find someone made just for you,” the movie follows a group of friends on vacation whose lives are turned upside down when they discover that one of them is a robot created to be a companion. Action, suspense, and unexpected twists abound in this gripping tale.
“Companion” has not only been a hit with audiences but has also received critical acclaim, boasting a 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and earning over $36 million on a $10 million budget.
