Carl Edwards and Trevor Bayne Join Prime Video Talent Lineup

Carl Edwards and Trevor Bayne are joining the talented lineup of broadcasters for Amazon’s Prime Video inaugural season of NASCAR Cup Series coverage. Edwards, a NASCAR Hall of Famer, will be bringing his expertise as a studio analyst alongside Danielle Trotta and Corey LaJoie for pre and post-race shows. Bayne, the 2011 DAYTONA 500 champion, will be taking on the role of pit reporter for Prime Video’s early-Summer run of five races.

The team doesn’t stop there – experienced pit reporters Kim Coon and Marty Snider will be joining Bayne for the action. Starting with the Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day Weekend, these reporters will bring their wealth of knowledge and passion for NASCAR to the screen to enhance the viewing experience for all fans.

According to Alex Strand, Senior Coordinating Producer at Prime Video, the addition of Edwards, Bayne, Kim, and Marty will bring an unparalleled level of authenticity to the coverage. Edwards, known as one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers, has an impressive track record in the NASCAR Cup Series, including 28 wins and other notable accomplishments. Bayne, with his own substantial accomplishments and racing history, will add another layer of expertise to the team.

The coverage is set to kick off on Sunday, May 25 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, followed by races at Nashville Superspeedway, Michigan International Speedway, Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, and Pocono Raceway. Stay tuned for the debut of the entire announce team in just a few short months for an exciting season of NASCAR action on Amazon Prime Video.
