Noah Eagle: NBC’s New NBA Announcer – Everything You Need to Know
made headlines with his “golden dagger” call during the game. His hard work and dedication were recognized with a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Personality/Emerging On Air in 2024. Noah Eagle, a graduate of Syracuse University, got his start as the radio play-by-play announcer for the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers in 2019.
Now, as part of NBC’s 2025-2026 NBA broadcast team, Noah Eagle is looking forward to being a part of the NBA’s return to NBC and the new chapter that will unfold on Peacock. He expressed his excitement by saying, “This league has been a massive passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Working intimately in the NBA over the last six seasons has only grown that love. I can’t wait to get started with our talented team and be a part of the soundtrack to more iconic moments on the hardwood.”
Noah Eagle adds to an already impressive lineup of NBA broadcasting talent, including Jamal Crawford and Reggie Miller as game analysts, with Mike Tirico as the lead play-by-play voice. The Emmy Award-winning producer Frank DiGraci will serve as coordinating producer for NBC Sports’ NBA coverage.
As NBA action returns to NBC in October 2025, fans can look forward to two nights of games every week across NBC and Peacock. Peacock will air exclusive Monday night games, while NBC will showcase nationally televised games on Tuesdays. And, starting in 2026, Sunday Night Basketball will be added to the lineup, providing three consecutive nights of coverage on NBC Sports.
