Abhishek Bachchan’s Be Happy to Premiere on Prime Video
Abhishek Bachchan is making a return to the screen with a new film called “Be Happy,” set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 14. Directed by Remo D’Souza, the movie dives into the journey of a father and daughter through the power of music and dance.
In the film, Abhishek plays the role of Shiv, a devoted single father to Dhara, played by Inayat Verma. Dhara dreams of taking the stage in a major dance reality show, but when an unexpected crisis threatens her ambitions, Shiv steps up in a big way. The film follows Shiv as he challenges fate and undergoes a transformation, rediscovering himself in the process.
“Be Happy” also features Nora Fatehi, Nassar, Johny Lever, and Harleen Sethi in key roles. Audiences in India and across more than 240 countries and territories will be able to enjoy the film in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Director Remo D’Souza described the film as a passion project that celebrates the special bond between a father and daughter through the enchantment of music and dance. He aimed to bring this emotional connection to life in an authentic and uplifting way.
