The trailer for “Holland,” a new horror film starring Nicole Kidman and set during Tulip Time, has just been released. The movie is scheduled to hit Prime Video screens on March 27th. You can catch the trailer on Prime Video’s YouTube Channel to get a sneak peek before the release date.

Set against the backdrop of Holland, the film showcases various local landmarks like Holland High School, Windmill Island Gardens, Windmill Restaurant, and Tulip Time. Directed by Mimi Cave and written by Andrew Sodroski, known for the series “Manhunt,” “Holland” promises to be a darkly humorous thriller with a Fargo-esque vibe. Originally titled “Holland, Michigan,” the script gained attention back in 2013 when it topped the prestigious “Black List” of the best unproduced screenplays.

Nicole Kidman stars in and produces the film alongside a talented cast including Matthew Macfadyen from “Succession” and Gael García Bernal. Shot locally at Windmill Island Gardens and Clarksville, Tennessee, the movie promises to bring a mix of mystery and intrigue to viewers. With an R rating for “some bloody violence, language and brief sexuality,” “Holland” seems set to captivate audiences with its thrilling storyline.

If you’re a fan of Kidman’s work or looking for a movie that blends dark humor and suspense, “Holland” might just be the film for you. Make sure to mark your calendars for its release date on Prime Video this March!
