New Ozzy Osbourne Documentary ‘No Escape from Now’ Premieres on Paramount+
Ozzy Osbourne fans, get ready for a new in-depth look at the iconic musician’s life. A documentary titled “No Escape from Now” is gearing up to premiere later this year on Paramount+. It’s set to delve into Ozzy’s journey dealing with various health challenges, including a Parkinson’s diagnosis and a serious fall back in 2019 that led to multiple surgeries, keeping him from performing live for over six years. It hasn’t been an easy road, as Ozzy himself admits, “The last six years have been full of some of the worst times I’ve been through.” Despite the struggles, making music and releasing two albums, “Ordinary Man” in 2020 and “Patient Number 9” in 2022, have been his saving grace. As he puts it, “I’d have gone nuts without music.”
Filming for the documentary is currently underway and will continue leading up to Black Sabbath’s reunion/farewell concert in July, which will mark Ozzy’s final live performance. The film promises to feature appearances from a range of his close companions in the industry, including his wife Sharon, their children, Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi, Tool’s Maynard James Keenan, Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan, Metallica’s Robert Trujillo, and Billy Idol, alongside producer Andrew Watt. Stay tuned for more insights into the life and career of one of rock music’s most enduring and iconic figures.
