Omaha: First Alert 6 Live Stream News at 7 a.m.

Today in Omaha, we’ve got some important headlines to kick off your Monday, Feb. 17. First things first, it’s a First Alert 6 Weather Day as snow is on the move for the Omaha metro area. Senior Chief Meteorologist Rusty Lord is warning us to brace for plummeting temperatures and wind chills as cold as -30 through Thursday.

In other news, there was a disturbing incident Sunday night in the Benson area where one person ended up in the hospital after a cutting at Benson Tower, near 60th Street and Northwest Radical Highway. The victim sustained serious injuries, according to officials.
