Ruaridh Mollica Joins Cast of Marvel’s Vision Series for Disney+
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is expanding, and we’re excited to announce that Ruaridh Mollica, known for his standout performance in the LGBTQIA+ drama Sebastian, is joining the cast of Marvel’s Vision series for Disney+. Mollica will star alongside Paul Bettany in this upcoming WandaVision spin-off, playing a character named Tucker.
While specific details about the series are still a mystery, sources have confirmed that Mollica will be a series regular. Joining Mollica and Bettany are Todd Stashwick as an assassin, and the return of James Spader and Faran Tahir as Ultron and Raza, respectively. Unfortunately, an official synopsis and release date for the show have not been revealed yet.
What we do know is that Vision will follow the titular character as he navigates his journey to regain his memories and humanity post-resurrection. This series marks the second WandaVision spin-off to hit Disney+ after the success of Agatha All Along in 2024.
In case you missed it, Mollica’s performance in Sebastian showcases his talent as an actor and his commitment to LGBTQIA+ representation. In the film, he portrays Max Williamson, a Scottish writer exploring his identity through a unique lens. Mollica’s own queer experience played a significant role in shaping his character, adding depth and authenticity to his portrayal.
