2025 Critics Choice Awards TV Winners: Complete List
The 2025 Critics Choice Awards finally took place after being postponed due to the California wildfires. Shōgun led the pack with six nominations and four wins, closely followed by Abbott Elementary, Disclaimer, Hacks, The Diplomat, The Penguin, and What We Do in the Shadows, each receiving four nominations. The show was hosted by Chelsea Handler from Santa Monica.

In the Best Drama Series category, The Day of the Jackal, The Diplomat, Evil, Industry, Interview With the Vampire, The Old Man, Shōgun, and Slow Horses all got nods, with Shōgun taking home the prize. When it came to the Best Actor in a Drama Series, Hiroyuki Sanada from Shōgun emerged victorious. Kathy Bates from Matlock snagged the Best Actress in a Drama Series award. The Best Supporting Actor and Actress in a Drama Series went to Tadanobu Asano from Shōgun and Moeka Hoshi from Shōgun, respectively.
Moving on to the comedy section, Abbott Elementary, English Teacher, Hacks, Nobody Wants This, Only Murders in the Building, Somebody Somewhere, St. Denis Medical, and What We Do in the Shadows were part of the Best Comedy Series nominations. Hacks came out on top. Adam Brody triumphed in the Best Actor in a Comedy Series category for his role in Nobody Wants This. Jean Smart from Hacks took home the Best Actress in a Comedy Series award. Michael Urie from Shrinking claimed the prize for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
