Disney+ announces streaming date for Alien: Romulus
Disney+ has officially announced that Alien: Romulus will be hitting the streaming platform on January 15th. This sci-fi film, set between the events of Alien and Aliens, is directed by Fede Alvarez and produced by Ridley Scott. It follows a group of colonizers exploring a derelict space station and encountering a deadly alien life form.
The star-studded cast includes Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson from Industry, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and Aileen Wu. Produced by Scott Free Productions and Brandywine Productions, this film raked in nearly $350 million at the global box office during its release last Summer. It even became the top-selling film in the UK after coming out on Blu-ray.
