Mysterious Peacock Death at Ourimbah: Seeking Public Assistance

The recent mysterious death of a peacock in Ourimbah has left the community concerned. The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is now asking for the public’s help in shedding light on this suspicious incident.

The reports came in on January 2nd, after a peacock was found deceased on Coachwood Dr. in Ourimbah. Signs of possible poisoning, such as diarrhea and other symptoms, were observed in the bird.

If you or anyone you know has information about other peacocks or birds in the area that may have been impacted, it’s crucial to reach out to the EPA. The Director of Operations, David Gathercole, emphasized the seriousness of this matter, stating that the killing of birds is considered a serious offense.
