Sky Blues Confirm Costa Will Be Out for a Minimum of Six Weeks
Sydney FC has unfortunately had some tough luck with one of their star players, Douglas Costa. After re-injuring his hamstring, Costa will be out of action for at least six weeks in the A-League Men competition.
During Sydney FC’s recent 3-0 victory over Melbourne Victory, Costa had to leave the field after assisting Joe Lolley in scoring the second goal of the game in the 26th minute. This setback has been confirmed by Sydney coach Ufuk Talay, who shared the news before their upcoming match in Newcastle.
