Exciting news for wrestling fans! More WWE content is heading to Netflix for subscribers outside of the United States. Starting on New Year’s Day, international fans can enjoy archived WWE content on Netflix, replacing the Network in multiple markets. This means fans around the world will have access to upcoming episodes of SmackDown, NXT, and Premium Live Events as part of their Netflix subscription.

Fans who were Network subscribers recently received an email stating that starting January 1st, the Network will no longer be available and Netflix will be home to upcoming shows as well as “historic PLEs and select programming.” Many fans have been wondering how much classic content will be available on the streaming service during this switch.

On January 1st, various PLEs like WrestleMania, Money in the Bank, and Hell in a Cell will be added to Netflix. Additionally, new listings on the Netflix app have revealed WWE Raw Vault, WWE SmackDown Vault, and WWE NXT Vault, suggesting that more past content will be added soon. Raw and SmackDown are listed with start years of 1993 and 1999 respectively, while NXT is listed with a start year of 2014.

While we don’t know yet if the full library, select episodes, or notable clips will be available, it’s worth noting that the WWE Vault YouTube channel tends to focus on individual matches and hidden gems rather than full shows. The exact date for when each of the Vault shows will be live on the platform has not been announced.

With less than a week until the big Netflix debut, both companies are hyping up this new partnership and the upcoming content. It has been confirmed that Big E will be a part of the WWE Netflix premiere, so fans have a lot to look forward to. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting collaboration between WWE and Netflix continues to unfold!
