This charmingly dark Irish period crime drama series follows Brock Blennerhasset (Michael Smiley, Luther), a memorial photographer in 1880s Dublin who tours the wakes of the wealthy, taking photographs of the deceased for their grieving families. When a series of murders outside the studio by a killer who mimics the postures of the dead in Brock’s photographs coincides with the bastard son of a prominent Dublin figure reluctantly joining his business, together they’re compelled to put aside their differences to solve the crime.
