White Flag Warming Centers Open Overnight in Greensboro, NC for Emergency Winter Shelter

In anticipation of dropping temperatures tonight, Greensboro is gearing up to open White Flag warming centers to provide a safe haven for those in need. If you find yourself in need of shelter, here’s where you can go and when:

– Greensboro Urban Ministry:

Location: 305 W. Gate City Blvd.
Hours: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27
Open for: Men and women

– Glenwood Recreation Center:

Location: 2010 Coliseum Blvd.
Hours: 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27
Open for: Adults with children
