Amazon Prime Video Policy Update: TV Streaming Restrictions Starting January 2025

Attention all Amazon Prime Video users! Starting in January 2025, Amazon is rolling out a new policy that will affect how many TVs you can stream on a single account. Currently, Prime members can stream on up to five devices with no limitations on device type. However, under the upcoming changes, users will only be able to stream on two TVs out of the five allowed devices.

But don’t worry – you can still access your favorite movies and shows on smartphones, tablets, and laptops without any extra fees. Amazon has also introduced an easy way to manage your devices through the Prime Video settings page, where you can add or remove linked devices hassle-free.

In a recent email to subscribers, Amazon expressed gratitude for their loyalty and highlighted popular titles like Mirzapur, Panchayat, Citadel, Stree 2, and Kalki 2898 AD. They also teased a lineup of exciting new shows and movies coming in 2025.

Let’s see how Amazon users react to this change. Remember the uproar over the previous “Rent” movie feature? Stay tuned for more updates and keep enjoying your Prime Video experience!
