Disney+ January 2025: New Titles and Streaming Releases

Get ready for an exciting lineup on Disney+ in January 2025! After a festive season filled with holiday specials and live sports, Disney+ is kicking off the new year with a focus on sci-fi and superhero comics.

Mark your calendars for the final two episodes of the original series, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, airing on Jan. 7 and Jan. 14. Plus, don’t miss the two-episode premiere of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man on Jan. 29. This animated series delves into Peter Parker’s origin story and his early adventures as Spider-Man, set in an alternate timeline where he’s mentored by Norman Osborn. The voice of Spider-Man, Hudson Thames, returns to bring the character to life once again.

In addition to Spider-Man, January brings the debut of Goosebumps: The Vanishing on Jan. 10. This eight-episode anthology series, inspired by R.L. Stine’s classic books, stars David Schwimmer as scientist and divorced dad Anthony Brewer, whose kids unravel a 30-year-old disappearance mystery in New York.
