Catalyze 2025 with Shawn and Jeanna Damkoehler – St. Pete Catalyst

In preparation for the upcoming new year, we had the opportunity to sit down with local business leaders Shawn and Jeanna Damkoehler to discuss their vision for St. Petersburg in 2025. This dynamic couple, known for their innovative approach to the culinary scene, has been making waves with their restaurants Allelo, Pluma, and the recently opened Juno & the Peacock.

Located on Beach Drive, these establishments have been thriving, drawing in crowds since their inception. Shawn and Jeanna, however, are not ones to rest on their laurels. They are constantly seeking ways to evolve and enhance the dining experience for their patrons.

As they look towards 2025, the Damkoehlers are focused on fine-tuning their current operations, such as refreshing the menu at Allelo and considering new opportunities for growth. Jeanna shared that they aim to maintain a seasonal menu at Allelo to keep things exciting for their customers.

Their cocktail lounge, Pluma, is also undergoing changes as they explore new offerings for their craft cocktail and light bites menu. While they are committed to nurturing their existing ventures, the Damkoehlers are not opposed to the idea of expanding their portfolio in the future.

In addition to their business endeavors, the couple is dedicated to giving back to the community through their Damkoehler Family Foundation. They have been actively supporting local organizations like Alpha House, Admiral Farragut Academy, CASA, and St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation.

As we look forward to the year ahead, we can expect to see Shawn and Jeanna continue to leave their mark on the St. Petersburg culinary scene while making a positive impact on the community. Stay tuned for exciting updates from this dynamic duo in 2025!
