Utica Student from Cobleskill Located Safe and Sound
The good news is out! John Koscinski, the 18-year-old college student from Utica who went missing from SUNY Cobleskill, has been found safe and sound. His family confirmed the relieved news, mentioning that they are overjoyed by the outcome.
John was last seen on the SUNY Cobleskill campus in Cobleskill, Schoharie County, on Wednesday, December 11, at 1:13 PM. He was driving a 2012 grey Subaru Legacy with New York registration LBA-2792, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the Metallica logo, a black coat, and blue jeans.
As soon as he was reported missing, messages were spread through the NYS Missing Persons alert system, plastering missing posters along highways, social media, and local radio and television broadcasts. However, the concern was put to rest when Facebook posts circulated on Saturday afternoon, announcing that John had been found safe. This news was confirmed by the family shortly after 1 pm.
The NYS Missing College Student Alert for John Koscinski has been successfully cancelled on December 14, 2024. All the details surrounding his disappearance and reappearance are still under wraps for now, but we can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing he is safe.
