Christmas at Luther 2024: Digital Streaming Begins Dec. 13

Once you buy a ticket, you’ll receive a unique link via email that allows you to watch the full 2-hour performance at a time that works best for you, all from the comfort of your home. Don’t wait too long though, as on-demand streaming is only available until January 2nd.

This year’s Christmas at Luther theme is “Seeking Refuge for a Weary World,” featuring performances by Aurora and Collegiate Choir, Norskkor and Cathedral Choir, Nordic Choir, Symphony Orchestra, Luther College Jazz Combo, and college organist Alexander Meszler, all conducted by talented musicians.

For those who want to keep the Christmas spirit alive, you can pre-order the Christmas at Luther 2024 CD or purchase the ornament at the Luther Book Shop or online. Additionally, selected parts of the performance will be broadcast on various channels on different dates and times, so be sure to check the schedule for your area.

If you can’t attend the live stream or just want to enjoy more holiday music, the 2023 Christmas at Luther recording will be aired on MPR regionally and on yourclassical.org on December 4th at 7 p.m. The Twin Cities PBS will also have special broadcasts of the 2023 performance on December 13th, 14th, 24th, and 25th, but make sure to double-check the times as they might change.
