Extended Jungkook Documentary to Premiere on Disney+ Next Tuesday
An extended version of Jungkook’s documentary, “Jung Kook: I Am Still,” is set to be released on Disney+ this Tuesday. Originally premiering on Sept. 18, this documentary followed Jungkook as he embarked on his solo career and created his debut album, “Golden” in 2023. The film garnered 1.38 million admissions worldwide and became the most-watched Korean movie in Japan this year, with 300,000 admissions in Japan alone.
The new series, called “‘Jung Kook: I Am Still’ The Original,” will feature three episodes and will be 50 minutes longer than the original documentary. Viewers can expect exclusive interviews with Jungkook, a spotlight on his collaboration with R&B singer Usher, and performances that were not included in the film.
Jungkook’s first official album, “Golden,” was released on Nov. 3 last year and includes 11 tracks, such as the lead track “Standing Next to You,” “Seven,” and “3D.” Stay tuned for more insight into Jungkook’s journey and creative process in this extended series on Disney+!
