Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren to star in Guy Ritchie Paramount+ series
Exciting news for fans of Hollywood heavyweights Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren! The talented trio has been chosen to lead the cast in Guy Ritchie’s new organized crime drama series for Paramount+. This show, initially known as The Donovans and then The Associate, is currently in production with Showtime, MTV Entertainment, and 101 Studios, set to premiere worldwide in 2025.
The storyline revolves around two rival families in London whose business ventures span the globe, with a fiercely loyal ‘fixer’ assigned to protect one of them at any cost. Showtime revealed earlier this year that the series is loosely based on the popular crime drama Ray Donovan, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
In addition to Guy Ritchie, Tom Hardy, and the star-studded cast, the series is being executive produced by a talented team including Ronan Bennett, Keith Cox, Nina L Diaz, David C Glasser, Jez Butterworth, Kris Thykier, Ivan Atkinson, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, and Bob Yari.
