EverPass Media to Distribute NFL Games on Christmas Day

Netflix has exciting news for all the sports fans out there! They’ve teamed up with EverPass Media to bring you a special treat this Christmas – not one, but two NFL games that you can stream on EverPass’ sports and entertainment distribution platform.

EverPass Media, launched in 2023 with the support of RedBird Capital Partners and NFL’s 32 Equity Investments, caters to bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, and other commercial spaces, offering top-notch streaming solutions. The CEO of EverPass Media, Alex Kaplan, couldn’t contain his excitement, stating, “We’re excited to be the first to partner with Netflix to help deliver these marquee games to the commercial market.”

This partnership is a big win for EverPass, who also offer other NFL content like the NFL Sunday Ticket and Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football” package. And the good news doesn’t stop there – the deal with Netflix is part of a three-season agreement that will bring at least one holiday game each year through 2026, with Netflix shelling out $75 million to stream the pair of Christmas Day games.

These games are part of Netflix’s dive into live sports programming, following events like “The Netflix Cup,” “The Netflix Slam,” and “Tyson vs. Paul.” It also marks another step in Netflix’s ad business, which has 70 million monthly active users worldwide. And guess what? The in-game ad inventory for the Christmas Day NFL games is already sold out.

So, mark your calendars for December 25th because the reigning Super Bowl champs, the Kansas City Chiefs, will kick off against the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET, followed by the Baltimore Ravens facing off against the Houston Texans at 4:30 p.m. ET.
