Early Release Date for “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” on Disney+

Exciting news for “Star Wars” fans! The new series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” is hitting Disney+ sooner than expected. Led by the talented Jude Law, this eight-part show will debut its first two episodes on December 2 at 6 p.m. PT. Following that, new episodes will be released every Tuesday at the same time for the rest of the season.

The show promises an intriguing adventure, following the journey of four kids who stumble upon a mysterious discovery on their supposedly safe home planet, leading them into a strange and perilous galaxy. Finding their way back home, encountering both allies and foes along the way, will be a thrilling ride.

Jude Law stars as Jod Na Nawood, a possible Jedi Force-user, adding his unique touch to the series. In a recent Variety cover story, Law shared that working on “Skeleton Crew” was a technically complex yet fascinating experience, involving animatronics, puppets, and elaborate sets. He expressed his curiosity about the behind-the-scenes magic.

Alongside Law, the series features a talented cast including Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Kerry Condon, and Nick Frost. The show is in good hands with episodes directed by Jon Watts, David Lowery, the Daniels (Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert), Jake Schreier, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Lee Isaac Chung.
