The plot of Laid revolves around a young woman played by Stephanie Hsu who discovers that her past lovers are mysteriously dying one by one. With the help of her best friend, played by Zosia Mamet, she sets out to unravel the mystery and warn her former partners. The show promises a unique blend of romance and suspense, drawing inspiration from the Australian series of the same name that aired in 2011 and 2012.
