This week, we’re highlighting some of the latest movies and TV shows available on Canadian streaming platforms.

Let’s start with Disney+! They’ve just released a new original music documentary called “Beatles ’64.” Directed by David Tedeschi, this film explores the impact that The Beatles had on the United States during their visit in 1964. You can check out “Beatles ’64” on Disney+ for a subscription fee starting at $7.99 per month.

Moving on to Netflix, they have some intriguing new content too. “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey” is a true crime documentary that delves into the investigation of the murder of six-year-old JonBenét Ramsey. If you’re into conspiracy thrillers, don’t miss “The Madness,” which follows a media pundit caught up in a murder mystery. For a lighter watch, there’s “Our Little Secret,” a romantic comedy with a Christmas twist. Netflix subscription prices vary, starting at $5.99 per month.

Over on Paramount+, you can catch “The Agency,” an espionage thriller about a CIA agent grappling with his identity. Subscription fees for Paramount+ typically start at $10.99 per month, but they’re currently offering a Black Friday deal until December 2nd at 50% off.

Last but not least, Prime Video has some fresh releases too. “Hard North” is a reality series following young Canadians navigating life in the wilderness, while “It’s In The Game: Madden NFL” explores the history of the popular video game series. If you’re in the mood for a disaster flick, check out “Twisters.” Prime Video is included with an Amazon Prime membership, priced at $99 per year.
