Sara Amini Cast in James Wan and Simu Liu’s Series ‘Copenhagen’ on Peacock
Sara Amini has landed a major recurring role on “Copenhagen,” the upcoming espionage techno-thriller series on Peacock, led by Simu Liu. Set in a near future, the show follows intelligence analyst Alexander Hale (played by Liu), who discovers his brain has been hacked, giving the hackers access to all his senses. Stuck between his agency and the mysterious hackers, Hale must put on a constant act to uncover the truth and prove where his loyalty lies.
Amini will portray Ellie, a character who provides administrative support on the show. The series, created and written by Thomas Brandon of “Legacies” fame, promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats with its high-stakes plot and futuristic premise.
