Rosalind Eleazar stars in the upcoming Netflix limited series, “Missing You,” based on a Harlan Coben novel. In the show, Eleazar plays detective Kat Donovan, who specializes in Missing Persons cases. When her fiancé, Josh, mysteriously disappeared 11 years ago, she never imagined she would see him again. But while swiping through profiles on a dating app, she comes across his face and everything changes.

Josh’s sudden reappearance throws Kat back into the investigation of her father’s murder, unearthing long-buried secrets from her past. The five-part series is set to premiere on Netflix on January 1st, 2025, following the success of Coben’s previous adaptation, “Fool Me Once,” which was the most-viewed TV show on the platform this year.

The cast of “Missing You” includes Richard Armitage, Sir Lenny Henry, Steve Pemberton, Jessica Plummer, Mary Malone, Lisa Faulkner, and James Nesbitt. The show is produced by Quay Street Productions, a part of ITV Studios, with Coben serving as an executive producer through his production company, Final Twist Productions.

Similar to other Coben adaptations, “Missing You” has been relocated from the U.S. to the U.K., with filming taking place in and around Manchester and northern England. Stay tuned for this thrilling new series on Netflix in the New Year!
