‘Love Is Blind’ Star Hannah Jiles Opens Up About Liposuction Before Netflix Show

Hannah Jiles, known for her appearance on Season 7 of the reality series "Love Is Blind," has opened up about her weight loss journey. Before entering the pods on the dating show, Jiles shared that she had undergone liposuction on her lower abdomen, back, and neck about a year or a year and a half prior. She mentioned reaching a weight of 175 pounds before the show.

Struggling with weight-related issues throughout her life, Jiles revealed that she had reached 220 pounds at her heaviest, particularly during the pandemic. Feeling sorry for herself, she realized she needed to make a change and embarked on a health and wellness journey.

After adopting healthier eating habits and incorporating workouts into her routine, Jiles noticed significant improvements in both her physical and mental well-being. She expressed a newfound self-love post-show but acknowledged the importance of striving for better health and fitness.

Jiles admitted to using food as a coping mechanism and shared that she sought help for anxiety, which positively impacted her eating habits. Currently weighing 145 pounds, she addressed speculation about her weight loss methods, denying the use of Ozempic and attributing her transformation to lifestyle changes.

Despite her aversion to exercise, Jiles occasionally attends Pilates classes and has become more mindful of her food choices. She emphasized that her approach to weight loss has been gradual and sustainable, leading to increased happiness and overall well-being.

Reflecting on her journey, Jiles highlighted the importance of self-acceptance and making positive lifestyle changes for long-term health benefits. While navigating challenges and setbacks, she remains focused on maintaining a balanced and healthier lifestyle for herself.
